As President and CEO, Victor has the responsibility of making sure that ParableSoft is reaching its two main objectives: serve our clients and serve each other. With over 12 years of Web Design and Development experience, Victor has been plugged into the Internet community since the early days. As a career developer, Victor has a firm understanding of what it takes to build and deliver a successful project.  He remains heavily involved throughout the lifecycle of client projects, staying deep-rooted in the technologies available and those that are emerging in the market. Victor is married to Stephanie, and they have two beautiful daughters. In his free time Victor enjoys spending time with his family, taking part in church activities, playing and watching sports, CrossFit, and learning new technologies.

With a BFA in Interactive Media from the International Academy of Design, Demetre bases his work on a foundation of design principles and a conceptual skill-set. His past eight years of experience includes positions at graphic and web design firms, affording him the experience to put the concepts to work by building the visual brand for clients around the world. A broad knowledge base in Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, XHTML & CSS, usability, virtual community, industry standards, and brand identity allows Demetre to bring both an innovative and complete solution to a client’s challenge. Demetre has two awesome sons, Damian and Phoenix, and has been married to his beautiful wife Bryanne for 4 years. His hobbies include drawing, shooting, and movie-watching.

His years of industry experience, combined with a formal study of engineering, and a continued passion for information management, provide a balanced approach for delivering projects that delight our clients. Justin's non-technical interests are basketball, reading, writing, economics, and the beach.
